Diane graduated from Detroit College of Law @ Michigan State University in 1987 with Honors. She was recognized on the law school’s Dean’s list and received awards for academic achievement.
Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in accounting, from the University of Michigan in 1982. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience as a CFO. She has over 30 years of experience in preparing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, individuals and estates.
Diane is married and has one daughter.
